The Bethpage PAL Youth Football program is a great way for young children to get a large step into learning a very complex sport. Each player within the program will have the opportunity to learn proper skills that will enable them to effectively compete against other teams within the NSFL safely. In addition each player will gain insight on learning every aspect of the sport of football, safely execute plays and most of all have fun.

Each team competes against other teams from towns associated with the their assigned league. All teams follow all the rules and regulations laid out by their perspective football league. The Leagues inwhich your team may play in will be determined according to their age group.  Ages 5 through 12 will be playing in the Nassau Suffolk Footbal League (NSFL) and one 11 year old team will be playing in the Sufolk PAL League.  The Nassau Suffolk Football League have double age groups where as the Suffolk PAL League are in Single age groups for each team (i.e. A team would only contatin 11 year olds, 12 years olds etc.).
