Welcome to the Bethpage youth football website. From this site you will be able to get field directions, get contact information,
get the latest in team standings from the NSFL (Nassau Suffolk Footbal League), and current announcements from our commissioner. The website is in
the process of being developed and changes may occur to this site quite frequently.
The Bethpage PAL Youth Football program is a great way for young children to get a large step into learning a very complex sport. Each player within
the program will have the opportunity to learn proper skills that will enable them to effectively compete against other teams within the NSFL safely.
In addition each player will gain insight on learning every aspect of the sport of football, safely execute plays and most of all have fun.
Each team competes against other teams from towns associated with the their
assigned league.
All teams follow all the rules and regulations laid out by their perspective football league.
The Leagues inwhich your team may play in will be determined according to their
age group. Ages 5 through 12 will be playing in the Nassau Suffolk Footbal
League (NSFL) and one 11 year old team will be playing in the Sufolk PAL League.
The Nassau Suffolk Football League have double age groups where as the Suffolk PAL
League are in Single age groups for each team (i.e. A team would only contatin
11 year olds, 12 years olds etc.).

Practice and Home Games
Practices for each team are held at both the JFK
Middle School and at the Bethpage High School. Season starts every year on
August 1 and practices are held three days a week. Games start after September 1 and
practices are reduced to two times a week with games being played on Friday,
Saturday or Sunday. All home games are played on the Bethpage High School
turf field and most teams get an oportuntiy to play at least one of their games
at night.
